Arthur was very professional and prompt from the start. Moving out of a home (especially one you've been in for an extended time) can be a hassle. Arthur took the struggle of selling out of my hands fully so I can concentrate on the move. He worked day to day with the attorney and buyer/lender and closed the sale smoothly. Highly recommend

Art is very good at what he does, his time is very flexible and he is willing to go above and beyond for you! He gets the deal done!! ??He was very informative and knowledgeable. Art did a wonderful job for me and my family. He was able to look at all the details when finding us a home that suited our needs. He was very informative about the various home models structures backgrounds of the build certain materials used, what changed in homes whats good to have. He was always available when called upon. Art was just a joy for me and my family and he made the buying experience fun and knowledgeable. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate the experience and I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Can’t wait to do it again lol
