Art is a phenomenonal agent. This is my second time using him as a buyer and this time was just as great if not better than the last experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and charasmatic. I am a buyer who is aware that I am difficult to deal with as I am always concerned about things not going as planned and running into issues which leads me to ask alot of questions and sometimes have doubts/cold feet when it comes to real estate. Art has been able to handle it extremely well with patience and providing me with the reassurance I sometimes need to feel confident in my decision. When we first take a look at a property in person he not only shows me the property but with his construction experience he is also able to provide me with what I call a pre-inspection by analyzing the building and explaining what he is seeing whether good or bad. This allows us to save a great amount of time (and money) because his pre-inspection is what lets me know if its worth an offer and paying for the actual professional inspection. I have been lucky and grateful for crossing paths with him and intend on using him for ALL of my future real estate needs, and you should too!

Art did a wonderful job for me and my family. He was able to look at all the details when finding us a home that suited our needs. He was very informative about the various home models structures backgrounds of the build certain materials used, what changed in homes whats good to have. He was always available when called upon. Art was just a joy for me and my family and he made the buying experience fun and knowledgeable. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate the experience and I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Can’t wait to do it again lol

Arthur was very professional and prompt from the start. Moving out of a home (especially one you've been in for an extended time) can be a hassle. Arthur took the struggle of selling out of my hands fully so I can concentrate on the move. He worked day to day with the attorney and buyer/lender and closed the sale smoothly. Highly recommend
